Mrs Oluwabusayo Olukolade is a thorough-bred administrator and lecturer who believes that everyone - student or colleague, - can learn and have the required skills, support and knowledge to solve real world challenges, and come up with meaningful solutions to face their future. Her mantra is “with appropriate motivation and support every student can excel in life.” She began her academic career at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State from where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in (English Language), 2005. She got a Master of Arts (M.A) in English (Language) from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State in 2009. Mrs Olukolade has about 19 years professional experience in teaching English Language which she started in 2004 during her undergraduate studies. She is a linguist with basic knowledge of French language from the Centre for French Teaching and Documentation, Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State. As an ardent believer in the use of languages to express art, she’s always involved in teaching, training and retraining in various forms. Mrs Olukolade has penchant for excellence in administration and she believes an outstanding institution is built on a strong administrative base. This quality makes her stand out anywhere, a distinct trait that was noticed at the inception of Afe Babalola International Study Center (ABISC), where she has been a foundational Coordinator till date. She employs workable-real life solutions to organizational issues and brings out opportunities from day-to-day challenges of administration, to the admiration of her colleagues and students. She takes special interest in everyone, especially young people and delights to see them excel in their chosen fields of life. At present, Mrs Olukolade is the Coordinator, Undergraduate Part-time Programmes of the ABUAD Business School, Ibadan, Oyo State.
