Professor Emmanuel A. AYODEJI is a Professor of Finance and Sustainable Development at the prestigious Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. He holds a first degree in Economics from University of Ilorin (Nigeria), a Master’s in Finance and an Executive MBA (Finance) from University of Calabar (Nigeria), a PhD in Finance (Financial Law and Management) from European-American University, Commonwealth of Dominica, and a PhD in Banking and Finance from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (Nigeria). He is the immediate past Deputy-Director, Open and Distance Learning Centre, Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD). He has been two-term Post Graduate Coordinator for the entire College of Social and Management Sciences of the University. He is a financial consultant and development finance expert. His research interest covers major themes of Finance and Sustainable Development. He has, to his credit, ninety publications spreading over books, chapters in books, edited works, offshore and onshore journals. He has supervised a total of forty (40) postgraduate students including eight (8) already graduated, seven (7) awaiting final defence, and four (4) currently supervised PhD students. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society for Financial Research and a Fellow of the Association of Professional Bankers in Education.
